  • 575 g Flora Professional Plant zum Schlagen 31%
  • 1 g Xanthan
  • 140 g Zucker
  • 300 ml Sojamilch
  • 100 g Flora Professional Plant zum Kochen 15%
  • 3 g Zitronensaft
  • Mark aus 1 Vanilleschote

Zubereitung

  1. Alle Zutaten in einer Rührschüssel vermengen und in einem Topf zum Köcheln bringen.
  2. Abkühlen lassen und dann in die Eismaschine einfüllen.
